| I can thoroughly recommend Steve as a landlord. Any issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The house was well furnished and to a high standard; even moreso when I've seen the poor state of some of my friends houses paying higher rents. I will definitely give Steve a call about renting from him again when I return to Portsmouth in 2011. |

| Steve is a great landlord. I had heard horrible stories about some landlords and housing companies and was quite worried as I went straight from halls into Steve's house but he was great, the house was a high standard and any problems which arose where dealt with quickly. I would 100% recommend Steve as a landlord and his houses to live in and if Steve had any 3 bedroom houses then I definately would be staying there for my 3rd year, unfortunately he does not! |

| Steve is a really great landlord. He deals with problems straight away and really cares about the houses and the wellbeing of the people who live in them. Would recommend Steve and his houses to anybody. |

| I would just like to say that Steve is a fantastic landlord. I went straight from halls into one of his houses. It is a really lovely house, decorated well to a high standard. I am so pleased that I am in one of Steve's houses, there has been no horror stories like some dodgy landlords, hes genuine and down to earth. Any issues and he is always willing to listen to deal with it in the best way possible... promptly and efficiently. I would definately recommend Steve as your landlord if you want to guarentee somewhere and someone that actually cares about the student property you live in, unlike estate agents and landlords with hundreds of properties on their books. |
