Some student properties are next to each other, or extremely close, so larger groups of friends might be accommodated. All accommodation is for 2012/13, ten months (summer optional), bills excluded. A separate Internet TV package can be added to ensure it is ready when you move in. All properties are fully refurbished, with a modern Kitchen and Bathroom, Shower, Lounge, second WC, double glazing, gch, trip fuses, interlinked smoke alarms and Garden. Additional student accommodation facilities include Washing Machine, Dryer, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Router for Wireless or Cable Internet, Double Beds and TV Aerial Points in all rooms.
